We are the pioneers of ultra-low fare travel in Canada, and since our launch in 2017, we’ve brought affordable travel to more than 30 Canadian and North American destinations with a fleet of 19 B737 (-8 and NG) aircraft. We’re set to bring on 10 more aircraft in 2023 and operate a fleet of 50 aircraft within the next 3 years.

Minimum Pilot Hiring Requirements
Demonstrate Leadership Skills & Good Judgement
Demonstrate a High Level of Professionalism
Technically Proficient with IT Systems
Level 4 or Higher English Proficiency
Currently Eligible to Work in Canada
Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card
Current Canadian ATPL or Frozen ATPL
Current Category 1 Medical Certificate
Restricted Radio License
Must Possess a Valid Driver’s License

Pilots who fly for Flair receive a comprehensive medical and benefits plan.
